Gil Holzman (Co-Founder, President & Chief Executive Officer & Director): Mr. Holzman has many years of significant experience in the mining and energy resource sectors throughout Africa. Mr. Holzman has managed a portfolio of publically listed mining and exploration companies (copper, cobalt, gold, iron ore and oil and gas). Mr. Holzman is a Co- Founder of GP Minerals Limited.

Colin B. Kinley ( Co-Founder, Chief Operating Officer & Director): CEO of Kinley Exploration LLC, leading a team of industry experts providing professional, technical and oversight expertise to international resource companies within the upstream sector. With 31 years of international expertise in integrated energy project management and new energy companies development. Kinley served as a Senior Executive to several E & P companies & oilfield service companies and is specialized in frontier resource development. Kinley recently served as President and COO of Adira Energy Ltd. (TSX-V: ADL) and remains as a Director and Senior Advisor developing oil and gas assets offshore in the Mediterranean Levant Basin. He is a Director and CEO of Manx Energy Inc. - an Integrated Oil and Gas Company developing Heavy Oil in Canada and a Director of Excelsior Minerals

Alan Friedman (Co-Founder, Executive Vice President & Director): Mr. Friedman is the co-founder of Adira Energy Ltd. (TSXV), an oil and gas exploration company with oil and gas assets in offshore and onshore Israel. Friedman is an attorney and has played an integral role in the acquisition of various resource assets, financings and go-public transactions onto the Toronto Stock Exchange. He is currently a director and co-founder of Auryx Gold Ltd, a TSX listed Namibian gold exploration company, recently sold to B2Gold for over $140M and Rivonia Capital Inc. a Canadian Corporation providing market structuring, capital planning and administrative management services to private and public resource companies.

Helmut Angula (Director): Mr. Angula has served as Deputy Minister of Mines and Energy and five other cabinet portfolios within the government of the Republic of Namibia for a  period spanning over 20 years. Since leaving the Government Helmut is a private businessman and a consultant to the mining, energy, infrastructure and real estate industries in Namibia.

Peter Nicol (Director): Over 20 years experience in the oil and gas sector. Prior to joining the Board of Eco Atlantic, he was a partner in GMP Securities Europe as the Head of the Oil and Gas, Research team, and responsible for initiating coverage and finance of over 36 international E&P Companies. Peter also previously held positions with ABN AMRO as Global Sector Director of Oil and Gas research, and as Executive Director, Head of European Oil and Gas Research at Goldman Sachs. Mr. Nicol holds a BSc in Mathematics and Economics from Strathclyde University in Glasgow.

Alan Rootenberg (Chief Financial Officer): Mr. Rootenberg is a chartered accountant with experience in the mineral exploration and technology industries. He has served as a senior executive for number of publicly traded companies. Alan has also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of a TSXV listed technology company.  Alan has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, South Africa and received his Chartered Accountant designation in both South Africa and in Ontario, Canada.

Jose Luis Bastos (Eco Namibia Director): Mr. Bastos is a Director of several hotels in the Canary Islands. He has over 40 years’ experience in the fishing and tourism industries throughout Namibia and is the founder of several Namibian hotels and fishing companies. He is co-founder of the Welwitschia Hospital in Walvis Bay and the Indira Ghandi Hospital in Ovamboland. He is the founder of the Bastos Foundation, a Non Government Organization that supports the development of ecotourism projects, creates micro-enterprises and spearheads the construction of various health centers throughout Namibia. Mr. Bastos is also a Non-Executive Director of Bidvest Namibia, the Namibian subsidiary of the multi billion dollar Bidvest Group.

Naeman Amalwa (Eco Namibia Director & Country General Manager): Mr. Amalwa is a Namibian businessman with 30 years experience in mining and related industries; Mr. Amalwa enjoys business relationships with many major national corporations within Namibia and South African Development Community. Mr. Amalwa is a director of Namibian based JKD Diamonds (Pty) Ltd. and Dinamo Diamonds (Pty) Ltd. and founder of Salina Geological Services, a multi commodity resource development, marketing and exploration company established in 2007. The company is composed of professional geologists, information technologists, geophysicists, and GIS specialists. Mr Amalwa is also a senior traditional councillor for a tribe overseeing 44 head men in Ondonga Namibia and a senior advisor to the Ondonga Kingdom.

Julia Maxwell (Manager, Investor Relations): Ms. Maxwell has over 5 years communications and Investor Relations experience in the resource industry. Ms. Maxwell has worked for many TSX listed junior mining and energy companies, and has extensive knowledge of the sector. She specializes in corporate branding and investor communication strategies and holds a degree in Marketing Business, Communications from BCIT in British Columbia, Canada.
